All plumbing diagnostics, repairs, installations, replacements, drain cleaning, excavation, and permitting services are performed directly and exclusively by independent, licensed, and insured plumbing contractors who are separate entities from Linden Plumbers.

The executing plumbing contractor is solely responsible for all technical advice, code compliance, Village of Wilmette permitting and surety bonds, workmanship quality, job site safety, and written warranties provided to the customer.

3. Estimates & Upfront Pricing

Any pricing ranges, editorial figures, or estimates displayed on this website or discussed over the phone prior to an on-site physical inspection are provided for general educational purposes only and do not constitute a formal, binding contract or bid.

Binding estimates must be issued in writing by the licensed contractor on-site after inspecting your plumbing fixtures, piping materials, and structural access. You retain the full right to approve or decline any proposed scope of work before labor commences.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Illinois law, Linden Plumbers, its owners, directors, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any independent contractor referred through this platform.

5. Emergency Dispatch & Arrival Times

While our dispatch service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, stated or estimated arrival windows (e.g. 30 to 60 minutes) are approximations subject to technician call volume, traffic conditions, severe winter weather, and emergency prioritization. We do not guarantee a specific arrival minute.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
